Terms and Conditions of Use The dapatcuci Platform — Read Before You Play

Dapatcuci reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Commonly requested documents include a national ID, passport, or other supporting documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on dapatcuci at any one time. Attempts to open multiple accounts — whether using a different name, phone number, email, identification number, or payment method — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any compensation.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keep your dapatcuci account username and password confidential at all times.
• Ensuring that no other party uses your account, whether with or without your knowledge.
• Keeping your account information accurate and up to date, especially your phone number and payment details.
• Reporting to the dapatcuci support team immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation.

Dapatcuci shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Dapatcuci supports multiple deposit methods including bank transfer (FPX), TNG eWallet, MAE by Maybank, DuitNow, ShopeePay, and Boost. All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account shortly after payment processor confirmation.

• Minimum Deposit Limit: RM10 for most payment methods.
• Maximum Deposit Limit: Subject to daily limits set according to your account level.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• Game results recorded by the dapatcuci server are final and cannot be amended.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, dapatcuci will review the server logs and make a fair decision based on those records.
• Bets placed during a network disruption on your end will not be automatically voided — game outcomes will be determined based on server records.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use the dapatcuci platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. You not permitted to:

• Using the dapatcuci name or logo for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineering the dapatcuci software or systems.

The dapatcuci platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we continuously strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly, we does not guarantee that our services will always be free from interruptions, technical errors, or maintenance downtime.

• Dapatcuci is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from game outcomes — all wagering risks are borne solely by the member.
• We are not liable for losses arising from internet disruptions, device failures or external factors beyond our control.
• Dapatcuci's liability in any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the member in the 30 days preceding that claim.

You may request the closure of your dapatcuci account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all active bonus conditions will be voided and any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification procedures.

Dapatcuci reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 8.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account activity that raises suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
